As we say on our Who We Are page: we are readers, bloggers, and Goodreads members (not authors). The bullies want people to believe that we are "authors seeking revenge". This is simply not true. You’d think that somebody at the site could program their web engine to alert them when a reviewer is disproportionately 1’s or 5’s, and no attempt at any regular distribution.
I always rule out 2s and 4s as well. Then the phenomenon of “this is dog feces”, but the review says 5 stars.
Rating and review incongruity has majorly tipped me off at times.
